Lorene Sauro is an RHN, has been a food professional for over 25 years and a Holistic Nutrition professional for 17 years. She is the founder of the Healthy Gut Program and the Healthy Hormone program for practitioners and the Simply Fermentation Online Workshop for consumers. Lorene is a teacher at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and is active in the nutrition profession, working with the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals (Cahn-Pro) an association for Nutrition Professionals. Lorene is the author of A Pastry Queen Goes Green, is also founder of the Healthy Gut Program and the Healthy Hormone program for practitioners and the Simply Fermentation Online Workshop, for consumers.
