He also teaches his models and methods in graduate seminars.\r\n\r\nOn the industry side, BJ trains innovators to use his work so they can create solutions that influence behaviour.\u00a0 The focus areas include health, sustainability, financial wellbeing, learning, productivity, and engagement.\r\n\r\nHis early work on Persuasive Technology has informed the design of products that millions love and use every day (including Instagram, which one of his students co-founded).\r\n\r\nBJ created a new method of habit formation called Tiny Habits\u00ae. Using his online platform and email, he has personally coached over 40,000 people in creating habits.\r\n\r\nFortune Magazine named BJ a &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/money.cnn.com\/galleries\/2008\/fortune\/0811\/gallery.10_new_gurus.fortune\/\">New Guru You Should Know<\/a>&#8221; for his insights about mobile and social
