I use organic cow&#8217;s milk but you can certainly substitute your favourite non-dairy milk. With or without the blueberries, these protein pancakes are a great start to your day or an alternative to your protein shake after a workout.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 3 TBSP coconut flour<span class=\"text_exposed_show\"><br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc tsp baking powder<br \/>\n\u2022 1 scoop vanilla protein<br \/>\n\u2022 3 eggs<br \/>\n\u2022 \u00bc-1\/3 c organic cow\u2019s milk<br \/>\n\u2022 Blueberries<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"text_exposed_show\">\n<p><em><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. Whisk the first 4 ingredients together until no lumps remain. Add milk. The more milk the thinner the pancakes will be.<br \/>\n2. Fold in blueberries.<br \/>\n3. Heat a skillet or griddle to medium heat. Add some coconut oil to prevent sticking.<br \/>\n4. Pour batter on to hot skillet.
