Our health is a precious and precarious gift and often times our interest in it is a knee jerk reaction to a health challenge.\u00a0\u00a0 Such was my case.\u00a0 I ate well. \u00a0I exercised regularly. \u00a0And I was happy. \u00a0Things were going just fine until one day I found a small lump that forever has changed my outlook on health and how to achieve it.\u00a0 I took a deep dive in to Holistic Nutrition and decided along the way to become a Cancer Coach.<\/p>\n
