There are so many different opinions on the best diet to curb cancer I found it confusing to find the right way for me. I had tried a number of diets and was beginning to feel discouraged to the point where I’d lost interest in making food. Cathy was exactly what I needed. Sharing a wealth of information on the role of diet and healing plus dozens of easy recipes she not only refined but simplified my eating habits. Maybe the best part is that Cathy understands the cancer mindset and that eating can become a stress. This was the case for me, but after her 4 week course I’m certain I’m now on the right path, and that confidence has taken away much of the anxiety.
I’m greatly comforted that Cathy is invested in my road to recovery. I only wish I’d connected with her sooner!
