Renée Jones spent 40 years on the Diet Yo-Yo learning every diet – and every cheat — before overcoming emotional/stress eating to reach and maintain her goal since 2012.   She has a Master’s degree in Counseling, a Clinical Residency, and training in contemporary models of care.  Her book is, What’s Really Eating You: Overcome the Triggers of Comfort Eating, and she has a TEDx talk with over half a million views.

Reed Davis.  Reed is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) and Certified Nutritional Therapist (CNT), and an expert in functional lab testing and holistic lifestyle medicine.  He is the Founder of Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN) and the FDN Certification Course with over 3,000 graduates in 50 countries. Reed served as the Health Director at a Wellness Center in Southern California for over 10 years and with over 10,000 clients is known as one of the most experienced clinicians in the world. Reed serves on the Advisory Board of the American Natural Wellness Coaches Board and the American Association of Natural Wellness Coaches.  He lives in the US and when not teaching the FDN Certification Course and helping his graduates build their private practices, he is usually found gardening or riding motorcycles.

This Week On TheHealthHub…Creating Immune Resiliency With Romilly Hodges

Romilly Hodges is a clinical nutritionist certified by the American Nutrition Association and the State of Connecticut. She is also a certified functional medicine practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Romilly spent several years as the Director of Nutrition Programs at an interdisciplinary clinic in Connecticut. As well as being a clinician, Romilly has primary nutrition research experience, has written for peer-reviewed journal publication, professional textbooks and training programs, online articles, and has been a speaker at several conferences. She also currently serves on the Board for the Accreditation Council of Nutrition Professional Education, a subsidiary organization of the American Nutrition Association (ANA). Romilly is the author of Immune Resilience published by Penguin Random House currently available for preorder wherever books are sold.
