Annelies Richmond spent 15 years in New York City as a professional ballerina and was astounded when she learned breath work and meditation practices that brought her calm, confidence and happiness in her high-pressure career.  Inspired by this, Annelies has been teaching breath work and meditation for 21 years now, and has trained over 1000 SKY Breath Meditation teachers across the globe in her role as Director of Teacher Training for the Art of Living Foundation.   She travels around the USA teaching breathwork, meditation, happiness and leadership to college students, staff and faculty, and is the Director of SKY Campus Happiness program at 58 universities.
