This Week on TheHealthHub

Walt Ingvoldstad

Natural Wellness Coach – Detoxification & Cleansing Expert Walt Ingvoldstad

Walt Ingvoldstad has a strong science background and has had 35 years experience in cleansing and detoxification as well as several years experience in meditation and yoga.

He has been teaching detoxification, living food nutrition and how to regenerate the body from symptoms and disease for the last 14 years.   Cleansing has helped him rid himself of a Candida infection, ADD and regenerated his knee by rebuilding lost cartilage.

Walt authored a beginning primer for achieving optimal health called “Health Secrets Revealed”.   He also wrote “Cleansing for Transformation”, a 30 day guide book about detoxification and nutrition for renewal, vitality, regeneration and self-healing. It is a thorough purging of bodily toxins and rebalancing our body “gift” so that it may self heal.

Walt is also the Health Coach for So Well, a female owned fair trade designer and distributor of handcrafted Himalayan salt wellness products established in 2004.
